2010 EXHIBIT HALL:

Registration for the conference allows attendees to attend any session of their choosing Friday thru Saturday, visit the exhibit hall (all coffee breaks are in the hall and included in registration).  Exhibit space will fill up rapidly, so mark your calendars for the conference! Thank you for your continued support!

2010 CONFERENCE LOCATION


Our 2010 Conference headquarters is the lovely Irvine Marriott located at 18000 Von Karman Avenue, Irvine, CA,  92612, (949) 553-0100  Mention CAADAC to get the terrific $109.00 rate!  Hurry, the cut off date (for the CAADAC rate) is September 2, 2010.

The Irvine Marriott is located near the Amazing indoor/outdoor shopping at Irvine Spectrum, South Coast Plaza & Fashion Island .  Additionally, attractions near the Irvine hotel are Verizon Amphitheater, Wild Rivers, Disneyland & CA Adventure.  Irvine Marriott is located in the heart of the OC and minutes from Newport and Huntington Beach!  Bring the family, this is a must see venue!

Annual CAADAC Membership Meeting is traditionally held the Saturday of our annual conference.   We respectfully request your attendance each year.  You need not be a conference attendee to attend the Annual Membership Meeting.

Tote Bags are available and included for the following registrants and will be given to them at the conference.

TOTE BAGS:

  1. Full Registrants (F-Sun)
  2. Full Registrants – Students/Recovery Workers – (F-Sun)
  3. Exhibitor + 1 (or more) full registrations
  4. Daily – 2 or more days only
  5. Presenters who have a full conference registration or two or more days registration.

The following registrations do not include tote bags; but will receive a program. (Exception: extra meal tickets/guest will not receive either.)

  1. Student Day Participants (if not fully registered) should not be in attendance at any other functions
  2. One day only (program only)
  3. Exhibit only (program only)
  4. Membership meeting participants only (not registered for the conference.)
  5. Extra meal guests
  6. Volunteers (they will get theirs later!)
  7. Speakers who are not registered, but only presenting.  (Give them a badge only)
