I am so proud to be out in the field working with clients. Passing the ICRC exam tells the world that I have the knowledge needed to treat the life threatening disease of addiction. I never set out to become a clinical supervisor, it just kind of happened naturally. One of the best decisions I ever made was to make it official by becoming a CADC-CS with CCAPP; now I have the flexibility to work directly with clients or to share my talent by supervising and mentoring counselors of the future.
